Introduction


Your introduction should start with a hook to draw your reader in, establish yourtopic, and create interest.It should then provide very brief background on your topic before including your thesis statement and an overview of the main points of your paper.It should be a minimum of one complete paragraph of at least five sentences in length.



The Higher Education Act (HEA) is one of the most important law between the government, colleges, and universities. This act provides federal aid for students, creates equality, and prepares young leaders to better serve our nation. The HEA, first signed into a law in 1965 with a renew date every five years. The Higher Education Act strengthen the education resources of our colleges and universities financially, the why and direction the nation’s education, accountability of the government, and the impact of the law in the citizen.

Thesis Statement


Your thesis statement, should come at the end of your introduction to fully address your topic and the four main points of your position.Your thesis statement should be one sentence in length.It should be a statement, not a question. It should clearly and concisely establish your topic, explain why your topic is important, and address how it connects to the four main points of the Final Research Paper.The Ashford Writing Center has several resources that can help you develop your thesis statement.

Federalism is based on two concepts: national and state government power.


Each heading should address a specific topic or component of your paper.This area will be the body paragraphs of your paper.This is where you will explain your ideas and support your topic with the references you have found.This section of the outline can be quite long and does not have to be condensed into only four headings.Within your outline, you must cite (within the text) at least six references; four of which must be scholarly peer-reviewed sources obtained through the AU Library databases.While this is an outline, all sentences must be complete thoughts and support your topic.

The higher education of the US provides substantial federal aid to the students of the schools, colleges and universities so that the students mightbecome a better person with active responsibility. The act came into being in 1965 and has undergone several changes and amendments.
Thesis Statement
The colleges of the US are being rated, and the professors are being responsible for ensuring the best possible facilities to the students and judging their outcomes, with the help of the Higher Education Act.
