Assignment background
You just newly joined the Human Resources department of a large organization as a "compliance officer".Your role is to ensure that safeguards are in place to protect the personally identifiable information of company employees and to ensure that all company and intellectualproperty is safeguarded. A review of current policies shows that your new organization does not have an employee exit checklist/form in place. Your task is to design an employee exit checklist form.
Assignment task
To obtain credit for this assignment you are to design a form (checklist) that can be used to ensure that all relevant information is gathered, items recovered andtasks completed during the employee exit interview that is conducted following termination (either voluntary or involuntary) of employment of a company employee.
Please note that I am looking for a
blank
checklist form that can be filled out. I am
not
looking for you to make up and submit a filled out form based on fictional or actual data.
Forms should clearly provide at aminimumways of documentingthe following information:
Item
- Name of the employee & name of HR interviewer
- Start and stop dates of employment
- Reason(s) for the separationof employment Was it voluntary or was the employee terminated? Please provide sufficient space to provide a place to explain the reasoning for the separation of employment
- ListItems to be collected (please provide a list that can be checked off)*
- List of tasks to be completed by HR and IT (please provide a list that can be checked off)*
- Places for the former employee, HR administrator and IT folks to sign. Please be sure to include a short sentence/paragraph indicating what each person is acknowledging by signing.

Obtaining credit

- Up to (5) of the items listed above (3) points will be awarded
- Up to (4) of the items listed above (2) points will be awarded
- Up to (3) of the items listed above (1) point will be awarded
- Submissions that do not clearly cover at least (3) of the items listed above will be awarded (0) points
Up to (1)point will be awarded for a form that is easy-to-read,attractive and sufficiently free of spelling/grammatical and typing errors.
