In order to identify organizational dysfunction some of the areas required to observe. these areas are whether the organization have same attitude and belief as it supposed to be or not. Whether culture of the organization is well maintained or not, whether stakeholders of the firm attended the board meeting or not and so on. Dysfunction does not help an organization to reach its objective, as a result, dissatisfaction among employees takes place and organizations face monetary loss.
