Pick one of the following Behaviour Change Options to explore over a 1-week time period (minimum). Please note that it usually takes much longer than a week to create a sustainable habit/pattern.


















Option A:


Creating a new habit








Activity:











  • Write down 2 small habits that you want to start and why you picked these habits








  • Record if you complete these 2 habits each day





















Option B:


Establishing a positive pattern of thinking








Activity:











  • First thing every morning, record 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things that would make your day great (


    these should be things that you have control over


    )








  • Before bed, record 3 good things that happened that day





















Reflection:











  • Include the Option you selected (A or B) and why you picked it
