We are far enough into this bad period that its effects are now pretty apparent on a number of the parameters we were assessing team effectiveness against during the good times. And it probably will not take some clever doctoral student long to seize on this giant social experiment as a source for comparative assessment. All the bad times we see and may see later will become moderators in the quest to grow organizational science models for the long term. The study went on before us, and will continue long after we are done. Our data will fill some important gaps in those models. Thoughts?
