These 2 questions are to be answered seperately with seperate references for both (350 words for each answer EXCLUDING REFERENCES). You can show the characteristics and features of different tools in a table format to compare the accuracy of different tools( for both parts) Also, justify the tools and techniques that why they should be included in Project's quality management.
