We already finished a literature review on assessment tool for delirium management in ICu and the gap identified is knowledge deficit of nurses in identifying delirium. so my research proposal is "Intensive care unit delirium: effects of educational intervention programme among ICU nursesWe work in a 5 bedded ICU where 50 nurses are employed which includes full time parttime and casual nurses.we get around 40 admissions in a month.half of that could be intubated and ventilated.
