At a location 37.7 cm downstream from the inlet, the local mean temperature is 300 K, and the local pressure is 1.2 bar. Find the local heat transfer coefficient by using the method of Muzychka and Yovanovich (2004) (see Equations 4.6.5 and 4.6.6).
