1. What is the one thing that you have learned from this presentation?
I learned that every single person expects different behavior and attitude from society and wants proper treatment, although society also expects them to behave in a certain way. The expectations are mostly different and extremely polarized (Lan and Jingxia). These films shows the certain pressure and judgment a single person has to face among the society and they are constantly judged by the society itself. The creation of judgment is based on different things like color, gender, the community, from which the individual belongs and all can be judged by society. Sometimes it can be brutal and sometimes even it can be unidentified although the individuals have to face that pressure and they need to learn to improve their communication skills.
