1. Discuss why death and dying is talked about so little in our culture
    No human being wants to stare at death in its face. Every human being wants to live through its life without feeling the fear of death, knowing fully well that it has to die at a certain point in time, naturally, by accident, by ailment, or by suicide. The last option has not been considered a viable option since the advent of human civilization on the face of the planet. Death is an absolute, like birth itself, which the dream of life tries to conceal very consciously. Death is mostly seen as a burden to a person as it is to his or her family, if so happens that the person dies due to an incorrigible illness, like cancer. The process of death is then only a painful journey towards oblivion. It does not only affect the person concerned, but also the family, economically, socially and psychologically. At certain points, the kith and kin want the person to die, logically, but cannot accept it in their own mind. This is one of the main reasons that discussion...
