Valuing a Real Estate Investment - Find a property that is either currently for sale or that you think would be a good investment. Evaluate the property as an investment and calculate the price you’d be willing to pay for the property. Discuss your calculations and assumptions in detail. Also, discuss how you might finance the deal and whether or not the financing would impact your valuation. What is your expected return on the property? What is your holding period? What is the IRR over your holding period? What are the downside risks? What is a worst case scenario? What aspects of your valuation contain the most uncertainty? Is there a way to resolve some of that uncertainty? Could you live with that uncertainty or would it prevent you from pursuing the deal? This can be any type of property (land, residential, commercial, multifamily, agricultural, etc.) (5-10 pages, single-spaced, 12 pt font)
