Utilizing knowledge gained through the study of this module and the information obtained throughout this course, develop an outline for the implementation of an integrated Infection Prevention and Control Program. Information pertaining to organization size and services can be obtained from your current employer or using the scenario provided as a reference. Your outline should include; •a clearly articulated mission statement, and vision •list two goals for the program, •an outline of staffing requirements, •a communication plan and •one measurement indicator for evaluating the program. •a bibliography referencing your work Submissions should be double spaced in Times New Roman 11 font and not to exceed a maximum of 10 pages (the title page and references are not included in the page count).
