Using the homes data (note that the first column is the house ID), create a report where you do the following things:
1) Find the mean, median and standard deviation for house price by their number of stories or square footage for houses by their number of stories.
2) Show how many houses fall into the different categories of number of bathrooms.
3) Plot a histogram of house ages and describe its shape.
4) Show boxplots of house square footage by the number of bedrooms they have.
5) Using a Q-Q plot, assess whether or not house price follows a normal distribution. If not, describe its shape.
6) Either a) Construct a confidence interval on the population average house square footage or b) Construct a confidence interval on the population proportion of houses that have two stories.
7) Choosing the same letter you chose in 6, a) Conduct a hypothesis test to determine if the actual proportion of houses that have two stories is more than 25% or b) Conduct a hypothesis test to determine if the actual mean square footage of houses is less than 1700.
8) Conduct a hypothesis test to determine if the two story houses are newer than the one story houses.
9) Grouping the houses with three or more bathrooms together, conduct a hypothesis test to determine if the true average house price is different based on the number of bathrooms in the house.
10) Using the example template provided, answer the correlation and regression questions when regressing house price against house age.
