Using the feedback from your Week 1—Capstone Project Milestone, you must ensure you have a fully approved project for your Final Capstone Project. Then, building on your work in Module 1 Capstone Project Milestone and with a specific focus on your service project at the company you selected, develop the following subsections of your project: Procurement documents—including contract information for key stakeholders and suppliers, and supplier lists. Tools and techniques—including interviews, focus groups, decision-making, prototypes, benchmarking, or other tools and techniques. Procurement management—including make-or-buy analysis, market research, and source selection documents. Change requests—including corrective action, preventive action, and defect repair. Change control board—including their role in the change control system. Validate scope—including methods of accepting deliverables, group decision-making, work performance information, and inspection. Control procurements—including contract change control, payment systems, and claims administration. Project management ethics—including PMI expectations. International project considerations—including the use of human resources from outside the United States, or executing the project outside the United States. Reference list—prepare a list of at least five current references that you will use in your final Capstone Project, two of which must be current scholarly resources. Scholarly sources are peer-reviewed journal articles from the library databases or other academic sources. You must submit your references in APA format. For each reference you must write at least three to four sentences discussing the main points of the source, how the source will be used, and in which section of your paper the source will be used. The resource list may not be your final list of references for your final paper, but it must provide a good start for how you will plan on integrating references into your project plan. Your well-written paper must meet the following requirements: 2-4 pages in length, not including cover, references page, and appendices. (With your prior work, you will have saved 4-8 pages, but only the current 2-4 pages are required now.) Supporting documents must appear in appendices. For this assignment, current, scholarly sources are peer-reviewed journal articles published within the most recent three years and accessed from the library databases or other academic sources. Textbooks will not count toward peer-reviewed requirements, but may be used as quality sources if published within the most recent three years. The use of the PMBOK® Guide as a quality source is strongly suggested. The PMBOK® Guide is not a scholarly resource. You must have at least one current, scholarly source. Formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA.
