Using the excel data for the water rocket – make a graph of 3 subplots of acceleration, velocity, and altitude (x) as a function of time in MATLAB. Only look at the x-acceleration. Attached is the excel data from a water rocket being shot. The next is a picture of a graph to choose which section to take data from (was suggested to take data from time 8.75s to 8.9s where acceleration is constant at 18 m/s^(2) but could also use the ascend/descend period where acceleration is equal to gravity). I need the MATLAB script that produces a nicely done graph labeled with highlighted transparency, thrust phase, coasting phase ascend, coasting phase descend. I have no idea how to do subplots or how to make it look nice. Thank you.
