such challenging period, nursing leaders are expected to perform quite important role in shaping
the nursing profession in a more responsive task according to the demand of our varying
healthcare system. Insufficient grant, shortage of health human resources and the growing
requirement for health care services specifically because of aging population are the complex
issues which are needed to be solved by effective planning and management. Such a task can be
performed by leading role of nurses who can work as stimulants in achievement of goals related
with health care because of their skills as well as dedication. But, such outcomes can be achieved
only through following the golden rules related with organizational culture, group dynamics,
power and Strengths-Based Nursing Leadership.

Organization culture involves past as well as presents all types of experiences,

philosophy, and values which protect its integrity and can be expressed in its self-worth,
internal functioning, dealings and expectations. Mutual attitudes, viewpoint, ethnicity, express

and further of organization.
On the other hand, Group dynamics also performs a note worthy role in any organization,
group or society as; it forms a system of actions and psychological procedures that occur within
or between social groups and prove to be helpful in the process how to make decision.
Indeed, organizational culture as well as group dynamics proves to be helpful in
management of internal as well as external power of a team that works as a significant feature in
the achievement of an organization. Over all, it can be said that organizational culture, group
dynamics and power are indivisible part of an association without which it cannot expect any
success that‟s why these might be observed in all such organizations too which are considered
leaders in the field of health care.
The most important property of these organizations is; leading role played by their
workers for instance; by nurses. Here it‟s important to diagnose that there is a significant
difference between leadership and management since; Leadership sets a novel vision for the
group whereas; Management directs the group according to already established principles.
