What was the average price of a room at two-star, three-star and four-star hotels around the world during the first half of 2013. The dataset contains prices in English pounds. Complete the following for the two-star, three-star and four-star hotels.
a. Compute the mean, median, first quartile and third quartile.
The mean, median, first quartile and third quartile for two-star hotels is 65.07, 69.5, 47, and 78.25 respectively. The mean, median, first quartile and third quartile for three-star hotels is 89.73, 87, 73.25, and 104.75 respectively. The mean, median, first quartile and third quartile for four-star hotels is 127.73, 125.5, 92.75, and 150 respectively.
