Introduction
    Abnormal psychology is the branch of psychology that deals with the several mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, obsessive disorders, and post-traumatic behaviours. Such condition possessed by a person is termed as being mentally abnormal which falls under the category of abnormal psychology. The nature of the disorder, cause and treatment all falls under this brunch of studies. It can persist from birth or occur suddenly during the lifetime of a person due to sudden shock or trauma from the society.

    The abnormal psychology can develop through several reasons like biological, genetical, societal pressure, traumatising events, or having an unsatisfied life.
