Organizational behaviour helps in identifying the observation of behaviour of any individual or any group as a reaction to the other groups or individuals as a single entity. It also analyses the behaviour of group or of people in order to understand the attitude of people towards certain circumstances. Organizational behaviour could be utilised in order to enhance the management practices to efficiently create an impact on the employees as well as working with the work force. This could be managed by achieving the effectiveness of the organization. It generally depends on encountering the fleeting altering needs of the organization such as possessing the fair people at the proper time and for the proper job. It also assists in understanding the control of behavioural as well as production in any organization.
Foundational Aspects of Organizational Behaviour
Organizational behaviour deals with several aspects in order to identify the soul of that particular company. The key element of any organization is the people working in the organization. The people who work in the work force contribute in achieving the aims, objectives as well as targets of the company and in a return mechanism the organization assists in fulfilling the needs and requirements of the individuals or groups of people working for the organisation. These individuals or groups of individuals could be working inside the work force of an organisation such as employees or any external individual such as customer, the supplier, government official or an auditor (Zeyada 2018).
