Introduction
A project executive is a person who is completely answerable for the successful planning, start-up, design, monitoring, execution, termination, and control of a project. A project executive is a person who is responsible for making decisions. The project executive is like a doctor, leading a trauma team and at the same time deciding an action plan for the patient. Without proper permissions to effectively handle all project management issues, the development team is prone to trouble.
The role of Project Manager
In the project life cycle of almost every project, the project executive is involved from start to finish. Similar to the project management process, the function of the project executive might vary from organization to organization because it might be adjusted consequently. The project executive is generally answerable for his team and is also responsible for completing the project goals (Giri, 2019). Eventually, the project executive is answerable for the entire project. Project executive, with the help of their team, assumes multiple responsibilities that span the five project phases (start, plan, execute, monitor, and end) of the following life cycle of the project.

People have also been working on projects as the organized activities of human organizations. For example, the hunting party of our prehistoric ancestors was the project. They are temporary tasks for the community to obtain meat. Large and difficult projects have existed for lasting. These features are significant as most of the project work is used to ensure that the projects are very completed at a particular time. For this purpose, a schedule will be created to show when the task must start or ends. Projects can last for minutes, days, weeks, months, and years (Mascia, 2014).
There are projects designed to bring in services or goods that did not previously available. In this implication, a project is different. Maybe it was done in the same way before; nevertheless, it has never been done in this manner. Such as, Ford Motor Company is engaged in the design and assembly of automobiles. Each model designed and produced by Ford can be considered a project. These models have different functions furthermore are sold to people with various requirements. Compared with luxury cars, SUVs have different purposes and customer bases (Randolph, 2014).

The project executive is answerable for the outcomes of the project group and should have relevant project management as well as technical experience and information. Planning, Leadership, communication, and coordination play a significant role. The project executive also influences her / his project, association, business, and professional disciplines moreover other disciplines (Mascia, 2014).
