The assessment task that you need to complete for this unit is as follows:
Assessment Task 1: Project
Assessment Task 1: Project
1) This assessment task requires you to take on the role of consultant at Bounce Fitness.
2) Part A Q2, Q4, Part B Q1, Part C Q3 must be done by each student in front of trainer/assessor on the due date set by the trainer.
3) For the discussion/meeting/training/coaching, you will pair up with other students of class, assigning designated roles to each person. After the scenario, each student will switch roles with other students to ensure everyone experiences each role fully.
4) Students must use professional language, involve class mates to seek feedback and use appropriate body language in accordance with the Manager role they are portraying.
5) Your assessor will use an observation sheet and provide feedback whether your meetings/trainings/interviews is satisfactory or not satisfactory.
6) Read the documents and answer all questions satisfactorily in order to be marked as satisfactory for this assessment.
7) Time frame: You will need approximately 16 hours to complete this assessment task.
8) Assessment site: WAIFS campus and independent learning environment

· List requirements that service must provide according to customer needs.
The requirements that the service need to follow as per the customer needs include the better quality of personal training, reasonable price and add-on benefits. These are the prime requirements of the customers currently.
· Indicate at least two pricing options for service you will offer. You need to show calculations to determine pricing of the offered service. Briefly describe the rationale for each pricing option.
Two pricing option would include-
· Product line pricing- this pricing would be implemented as if the customers would be channelizing for quarterly or half yearly programs or services they would be relatively charged less.
· Geographical pricing- as the company is looking for the expansion the geographical pricing would help in channelizing the price as per the areas as there are certain areas where the paying capacity of the people are relatively high.
