Since the morning I got up I experienced many governmental services, as soon as I woke up I went to the garden of my locality for a walk, where the sweepers were cleaning the area. Then I went to bank of my locality and deposited money, while coming back from the bank I met with an accident and went to the government hospital to get the basic aid. In the evening I used ATM of my locality for taking out some money. The road lights on the road helped me crossed my way. No all the localities are not the same, some localities have a different police station, government hospital, government schools, while some only have basic amenities like ATM, public toilets etc. The localities in the posh areas have better services like parks, guards, banks, schools etc. They have pool and sports clubs, water supply. Some localities just have basic amenities like ATM, road lights, hospitals etc. the locality members need to take care of the service centers (Government).

Yes, Government should emphasis rehabilitative approach to providing justice, this justice provides counseling sessions, some basic necessary education, any training that can help offender get a job. Rehabilitative approach is a kind of approach for changing the mindset of the offender by giving him a chance to improvise. The government should appoint some counselors to help the offenders have a normal life, the training of job or education should be focused by the government to let the offenders pay off their bills by their own wages. Yes, costs are associated with this justice providing approach as the counseling and training sessions, imparting education to the offenders requires money for paying to the counselors or the teachers.
