The company includes hierarchical structure that focuses on efficiency, speed and scalability that is included in diverse operational units including logistics, technology and customer service. In the systems perspective, Amazon operates as interconnected network of processes that include supply chain management, warehousing and digital services. This is designed for enhancing customer experience. The interconnectedness enables rapid adaptability to market changes and this can lead to challenges in communication and employee engagement. Along with the success, Amazon faces issues that is regarding employee satisfaction and workplace culture. It includes reports of high-pressure environments, employee burnout and inadequate working conditions that have emerged. This is raising the concerns about workforce retention and productivity. This includes addressing issues that is important for sustaining long term growth of Amazon. This also requires maintaining reputation as the employer.
