At the same time, high-profile cases around the nation have heightened concerns about police use of force. The chief would like to understand community members’ attitudes toward the police department and their suggestions for improving community–law enforcement relations. · What non-probability sampling technique would you use to select a sample of community members that is as representative of the larger community as possible? Explain your selection with support from the unit readings. · Identify four different qualitative data collection tools you could use to collect data on this issue. How would the collected data differ for each tool? · Which qualitative tool do you think would be most efficient and effective in researching this issue? Why? · Describe how the data collected using the qualitative tool above would be objectively and accurately analyzed.
