Understanding the Digital Consumer Due Date: March 20, 2017 Objectives and Analytics In this assignment you will develop a set of marketing objectives and associated analytics for a business. You must first choose a small business, or a niche market for a larger business. You will then write a short report (2 pages max.) focused on three Marketing Objectives that can be measured using analytics (a suite of KPIs). Each objective should be SMART: ● Specific - particular numbers ● Measurable - trackable, KPI, analytic ● Assignable - how and who will work on it ● Realistic - It is attainable ● Timebound - Set for a particular time The Overall Document should be structured with sections discussing each of the following topics: ● Introduction of Firm ● Justification for Customer Analytics ● Marketing Objectives ○ Analytics ● Tactics and Implementation ○ How will the objectives be achieved and measured?
