Assessment results give the assessor an indication of how well you learnt in class and or areas you may need extra support. Assessment Feedback and support throughout the Assessment Progress Your assessor will give you feedback throughout the duration of the unit you are studying and after assessment results. The feedback given to you will always be to support your achievements and to monitor your progress throughout your studies. Supporting for you in the Assessment Process The assessment processes selected by the assessor should offer the participant the appropriate level of support. While some participants will not require a great deal of support, there will be others with particular needs. If the assessor is aware of these needs, he or she will be better able to assist participants to identify their skills. Participants will then feel more confident as they prepare for assessment – enabling them to focus on providing evidence against the specified criteria in a way that is known to be acceptable to the assessor Assessment eligibility To be eligible to sit in assessment you must have satisfactory course progress. If you do not have satisfactory course progress you need to get an approval from academic department which allow you to sit in your assessment Achieving a satisfactory result  You will have 3 attempts to achieve a satisfactory outcome in your assessment.  Should you not be successful in your attempt your assessor will provide directive feedback to guide to success in your second attempt.  Should further assistance be required your assessor will provide you with one on one tutoring and or extra classes may be organised for you to attend.  Assessment reasonable adjustment may be exercised by your assessor at their discretion  If you are not successful in your first 3 assessment attempts you will be required to pay for any consecutive attempts. The three documents that are required for the student application in Austar Education includes the Application form for the students, the second document is the commercial invoice and the third document is the Non-disclosure agreement with the clients.
Document 1: Student Application form
This document will include all the details about the students who will be taking career assistance from Austar Education agency. The document will help the agency in keeping a track of the student details and their credentials. (Refer to Appendix 1)
Document 2: Commercial invoice
The Commercial Invoice is a formal document that is provided by Austar agency to the students who will be applying for their assistance. According to Adzroe and Ingirige (2017), it will include all the details of the services, which the agency is catering to, and the prices, which the students need to pay to the agency for their assistance. (Refer to Appendix 2)
Document 3: Non-disclosure agreement
As opined by Mishra (2019), the non-disclosure agreement also known as the confidentiality agreement, which includes the propriety information and they are the part of the legal contract that will be signed by the student and the agency. (Refer to Appendix 3).
Question 2:
The style guide for all the documents will have a page size of A4 with a page margin of 2.54 cm. The main heading will be kept in black. The font will be maintained as size 14 with Times New Roman. The text in the documents will have a left alignment. The colour of the content will be kept as black with Times New Roma font having a size 11.
Question 3:
The technologies that will be utilised for the development of the document includes Microsoft office excel and word, the charts were prepared in spreadsheets. Further, the email and databased programs were also utilised.
Question 4:
The documents, which will be filled by the students, need to be preserved for the record purpose. Hence, these documents will be saved in both electronically and in hard copies. The agency will have its own website portal where the information and the details that were filled by the students can be entered and saved for future reference. Further, the hard copies that are filled by a student on hardcopies will be filed and saved. This will help in keeping a backup of the soft copy files in case of emergency or network issues.
Question 5:
The standard layout is been designed so that the consistency of the documents can be maintained. These documents are then reinforced in such a way that the corporate identity can be maintained for the agency. The general layout, page set and the fax format of the contents and heading are the standard styles that the agency will be maintained for all their documentations.

The template and the formats of the application form and the non-disclosure agreement needs to be simple and easily comprehendible. Since the student who will be applying for the career assistance programs provided by the Austar agency will be coming from different parts of the country, the format needs to be simple.
