In his own image, he made him.
When god made man, he wanted him to soak the sun, the sky, the earth and the air as a whole. Man started to see things and create the images in his own mind, he had limited himself to those images as created by his mind. Those objects lure the man into a unique trait of possession of “material things” which god has freed man from. Man could not conceive anything but from what he could see and thus evil became a larger part along with all the goodness that god has blessed man with.
