Individual Report (30%) You are to write an analytical (problem-solving) report on health issues. The report should focus on a problem and offer practical solutions. As part of your report, you are expected to carry out both primary and secondary research. You must include at least three secondary data, one of which must be from a non-internet source. Please note that anything obtained online is considered a source from internet, including online newspaper articles. Research involving primary data will require you to conduct a survey as part of the information gathering process. Your report should include an analysis of the problem based on information and data that you have gathered. You will need to draw conclusions from your findings and give recommendations to address the conclusions. An executive summary should also be given at the beginning of the report.
