Prepare an individual written reflection: Describe the project, the approach that was taken at the time and the lessons learnt through reflective practice of Performer’ driver isn project management capacity. Refer to specific reflective tools and techniques using the guide book attached. Demonstrate a focus on the reflective aspect of how the project was managed and using performance drivers methodology, be able to demonstrate an improved outcome if this approach had been applied to the project selected.
