"Eminent Domain" has within the past few years become an issue with the Supreme Court ruling that in the specific case before it, the court ruled that it was indeed constitutional for a local government to take private property and award it to an entity to turn this property into another private use, in conflict with the constitutional edict that government can only exercise the taking of private property for public use.
