Topic: Clinical Communication (Handover) The assignment has to follow the guidelines and CPI template provided ,researching a minimum of eight (8) secondary literature sources that closely relate to nursing issue. We have also uploaded several pictures regarding assignment guidelines. The lecturer has suggested us to follow PDSA as it is relatively easier.
