Topic:Bass pro shop to Germany, the idea is to open Bass Pro Shop in Germany.
It's a group project and my part is only about techniques and strategies. Use the 11 issues I attached, and read the screenshot.


Issues with Bring Bass pro shop to Germany   1. Political Risks/Legal Risks: Semi automatic rifles such as AR-15s for example are illegal in Germany along with pump action shot guns. Because of these restrictions on firearm sales this could require bass pro shop to change some of their inventory which could cause financial problems. 2. Stricter Gun laws: Requirements for a firearm license are stricter in Germany. Because of these restrictions on firearm sales this could require bass pro shop to change some of their inventory which could cause financial problems. 3. The Societal culture: surrounding outdoors activities such as hunting and fishing in Germany compared to America. 4. The Language barrier between German and English. 5. Negotiations: Negotiations with the German government for the correct licenses to sell their products. Also negotiation with land owners/business owners on locations to put stores. 6. Growth potential and customer demand: Making sure we place stores in areas of Germany where there will be a high need for outdoors supplies to allow the business to be profitable and grow. 7. Cross Cultural Interaction: Having never been a company to venture out of America this could cause problems when sharing knowledge or aligning our company with already established German company. 8. Organizational Structure: Finding a structure that works best within the company given the people we will be hiring in Germany. 9. Staffing: Find staff that are passionate about the outdoors that will be working for us. 10.  Knowledge Transfer: Ensuring that our management team and staff are knowledgeable about the people and products we will be selling them too. 11.  Cultural sensitivity: Ensuring that we identify the values and beliefs of those with whom we hire and are able to use those to motivate them to want to work for us.

1.0 Introduction
Most of the business organizations are facing different problems and it is the duty of the business managers to implement productive tools and methods for managing the issues in an effective way. In this research paper we are analysing the problems faced by the company Bass Pro Germany in a detailed way. Bass Pro is an American retailer who have operations in the different parts of the world. For solving the business issues, the managers also have to understand the internal and external factors that is affecting the existing business
2.0 Techniques and Strategies and Analysing the Rationale
1. Political Risks/Legal Risks:
The company has to make changes to the inventory policy and they have to implement Just in Time strategy and it helps for managing the issues related with overstock and understock. JIT mainly focused on providing goods based on the requirement of the customer (Gasser et al 2012).
2. Stricter Gun laws:
Getting government support for selling the guns can be called as effective strategy for managing inventory issues. The company can helps the customers for fulfilling the requirements that is required for buying the guns.
3. The Societal culture:
The company has to use social media for promoting the products and services. They also have to encourage the culture of hunting by using social media messages and promotions.
4. The Language barrier between German and English.
The company has to use translator for managing the issue related with the language barrier and they also have to select the local people as employees for managing the operations in a productive way.
5. Negotiations:
The company has to develop win- win strategy for managing the competition and for creating a good relationship with the government. Open negotiation strategy helps the company for managing the issues and for attracting more customers.
