What will interest your audience and what will help to make you appear more credible. Consider the research you would do for an informative speech such as the one you are presenting this week and the type of research that would be useful for a more persuasive speech.When would you do this type of research in the business world? Thorough research is essential for building an informative and persuasive speech in order to make it incredibly exhilarating. To make a credible speech there are following things that must be taken into consideration: 
· Audience Analysis: It is very important to know you audience before framing a speech, knowing the audience in advance will help the speaker to gauge the depth and complexity of the speech (MYRKOTHUM, 2012). 
· Simple Structured Speech: It is necessary to have simple and articulate speech as it helps in gaining the attention of the audience. It should have a clear beginning, coherent body and should be followed by crisp conclusion. 
· Use of Creative and Visual Language: Use of creative and visual language makes a speech very interesting (Dugdale, 2018). A good speech should have shorter sentences and  be made up of few words, the language used should be good enough to excite the audience. Use of creative words should be made so that the image of the message is created in the minds of the listeners. 
· Check Credibility of the Facts Used: It is very important to check the credibility of the facts being used in the speech (MYRKOTHUM, 2012). So the speaker must create a speech only after thoroughly checking the facts being used, so from whatever sources the facts are collected they should be double checked. 
· Write And Perform: A persuasive speech starts with a carefully written and well crafted outline (Dugdale, 2018) so that the audience are directly addressed.     
This type of research has been very helpful when I was addressing the international clients from Asia during the launch of the new product of our company. The speech that I prepared during that time by following the above given tips helped me in making a successful presentation and also getting the attention of my audience.
