To usher in a new era of transformative change for a more sustainable, equitable, and greener world, governments and financial markets have begun to demand a stronger integration of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in public and private investment decisions. The global economy is encouraged to move towards a build back better or divest from the use of nonrenewable energy resources like fossil fuel. Can our country do this? How? Do we have the resources and capacity to move towards the use of renewable sources of energy?
