and is located in the Middle East. Then, in an original post, present well-written answers to the following questions:

1. How has your chosen company performed against the common elements in successful strategies? (See Figure 1.1 in the textbook to review the common elements.)


2. Describe your chosen company’s strategy in terms of competing in the present and preparing for the future.Respond to at least two other members of the learning team by providing a critique of the understanding of the elements and how those compare with your own chosen company. Identify the sources that support your critique.

Make sure the company is from Middle East.

Use credible external sources, citations, and references (two at least) all in APA standard format.
