To begin your site survey, hover the mouse cursor over your current position on the floor plan and click the left mouse button. Then walk around the office and click the left mouse button every 2 to 3 meters at each location. Note that a dashed line extends from your last location to the new one and that a dot shows up at each location where the mouse was left-clicked.
