Objectives
The restaurant name will be ‘Tandoori Restaurant’.
The location will be New York, Park Avenue
It will adhere to the covid-19 norms
The business will be setup by two persons
The owners will have equal share of benefit as well as losses of the capital
Mission: Fast food services with Indian restaurant style which will address the gap which the people will be able to observe the restaurants and the
fast-food service centers.
Vision: To spread throughout USA with delicious Tandoori recipes
The business plan is to setup a restaurant which will be specialized in serving Tandoori dishes and Indian Cuisines in New York, USA. The name of the restaurant will be Tandoori Restaurant and it will be located in Park Avenue in New York. The restaurant will be setup as per the covid-19 norms and will be a partnership company where the profits and losses will be shared equally by the two partners.
Mission: The main purpose of the Tandoori restaurant will be to serve the food lovers with Indian style of foods in the form of fast foods.
Vision: The vision will be to expand the restaurant business throughout America and Canada with innovative and delicious recipes of Tandoori food.

The Tandoori Restaurant business will not only serve foods to the customers but will also adhere to the following core values, ethics and provide Corporate Social responsibilities to the area in which it will be located.
Core Values:
It will serve Healthy and Hygienic Indian foods to the customers free from any toxic and contaminated substances
The foods will be served to the customers within least time from the time of the order
There will be adherence to Covid-19 norms by instructing employees to wear masks, use hand sanitizers and wear gloves and hat during cooking and serving foods.
Ethics: It will be serving genuine and authentic foods to the customers. The foods will be served will full integrity and in perfect quantity as prescribed in the menu list. Finally, the customers will be treated with admiration and hospitality while serving foods.
CSR Activities: To implement the CSR activities Tandoori restaurant will be purchasing groceries, necessary goods and items from the local vendors, the localities will be given first preference with respect to jobs opportunities in the restaurants along with training on preparing innovative Tandoori dishes and this will help to serve the local economy of New York (Donald Burns, 2018).

The strengths of the Tandoori restaurant is planned to be opened in New York will be as follows:
The restaurant will be of Indian style serving mostly Indian dishes like Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Egg, Tandoori pomfret fry Chaat along with various vegetarian items like Aloo Tikka, Stuffed Mushroom, Momos and all Tandoori flavored.
The style of serving will be with hospitality and the customers will be considered as gods – ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (ATITHI DEVO BHAVA, 2015).
The restaurant will be clean and tidy all throughout. Also there will be sanitization and ambience maintained in the restaurant.
Finally, the restaurant will consist of various assortment of Tandoori dishes and also come up with new and innovative dishes during the various festivals like Christmas, New Year and other occasions.

Indian foods may not suit everybody
Vegetarians may dislike Tandoori restaurant
The weaknesses of the Tandoori restaurant may be many as follows and are likely to happen for the due to the restaurant being setup in New York.
There may be variances in the ambience in terms of lighting, delivery, takeout, indoor and outdoor dining etc. This may impact the Tandoori restaurant business as adhering to all such uniqueness will be costly.
The taste and preferences of the food may vary as the restaurant is setup in New York and most of the people will be Americans. They may prefer other types of foods over Tandoori foods.
Indian foods may not suit everybody and hence can be may prefer Italian foods like Pizza, the famous Bagels, Burger and Sandwiches, Ramen, Tacos, Barbeque of America over Tandoori chicken items (Chris Cockren, 2015).
Finally, the major disadvantage is the restaurant will be non-vegetarian and thus the vegetarians may not prefer to visit Tandoori restaurant. Also, the cooks need to have knowledge and experience in preparation of Tandoori foods.
