Therefore on Monday, February 1, you sent Tiffany, who does the payroll for your department, a polite email asking that she check into the issue. Since you have not received a response by the following Monday, you again sent her an email. Instead of responding to you directly, she copied you on an email sent to the payroll department, asking that they confirm receiving an email from her on February 1 with your revised pay. The email paints you in a negative way. This copy is the only response you have received from Tiffany.
