Useful data to attempt question Regular paid staff are 9 people 6 women and 3 men in office. Which includes 1 Accountant, 4 HCPs, 2 Case managers, CEO, Receptionist. They have more than 25 Aged care support workers/ and disability support worker. 20 of them are regular and 5 of them are casual worker Volunteers? They have 3 volunteers What do they do? – What is the agency’s mission / purpose? What are its aims and objectives? – What evaluation procedures does the agency have for its services? – What agency support (e.g. supervision, staff development, stress days, etc.) is there for the staff? – What are the consumer/clients and/or participants? Who uses this organisation, how do they come into contact with it? – What is this agency’s unique contribution to the community? What official and unofficial links does it have with other organisations? What overlap is there with other agencies? Task 2 Evaluation 1.
