In your research and brief, identify the triggers (what is the root cause of this type of liability claim) as well as examples of what group/individuals need to have this type of coverage. Also, research and brief the different suggested tort reform issues that have been presented to alleviate the liability issues on both Corporations and Individuals, as well as to take pressure off of the courts.
