This week you will prepare and submit a risk register for your selected case study. The risk register should include 3 risks from 3 different categories. The risk matrix as presented in the video on risk analysis should be used for the likelihood, impact and risk ratings. The risk register from the video should be used as the basis for this assignment but make sure you address all the criteria in the rubric. You may want to add columns to your matrix.
Particular attention should be paid to:
· Clearly describing both the root cause and the potential impact on the project, ie it is not sufficient to just write "Going over budget" as the risk. You need to identifywhythe project might be over budget, what is the root cause or the reason behind it.
· Using the likelihood and impact process shown in the video and practised in the weekly tutorial.
· Describing a mitigation measure that seems appropriate to the level of risk, ie a high or extreme risk would warrant more extensive mitigation measures.
· Formatting - this will be in the form of a risk register, so a landscape format will be needed. Professional formatting will need to include the organisational name, project name, document name, page number, document date or revision number, as well as branding or project logo etc.
