This unit name is "Design Thinking". The main concept of the report is to focus on the Urban food wastage problem and solution. You can focus on any particular small suburb in which u are finding problem space. you need to put two personas in the report. There should be appendix(usability testing, think alouds, qustionares) also created for the report. I have uploaded two examples of the sample report how it should be made and follow instructions given in the file.

Urban food wastage problem and solution

Introduction
This case study is about East Melbourne which is a small suburb in the Melbourne and we will try to study about the reasons behind food wastage and what approach can we follow to reduce the wastage of food in this suburb.
It is a small suburb with less population as compared with other suburbs of the Melbourne. In the past few years it has been noticed that there is a lot of food wastage in This area as people are not aware with the crisis and shortage of the food
. This area has multiple schools and universities in which students study and live in hostels or as paying guest. The major role of design thinking report is to present new a designs which can help us to reduce the wastage of food in Melbourne.
Continue..
The major focus of this report is to propose our design thinking which can allow the user to efficiently find out new methods with the dynamic and multi functional purpose of the report. The aim of this report is to help the users in reducing the wastage of the food. Hey we can reduce the wastage of the food by providing efficient methods of storing the food and the perceptive experience which can reduce the associated stress and half of the user.
Wherever there is possibility we can organise different type of seminars and workshops which will help us to providing sale the food wastage and how we can reduce it. It can also inform us about the different methods which can be blended with the design to make it work.
This whole report is user centred research and we have tried to find out some insights which can be helpful for selecting the final design as the solution which can effectively close the gaps present between the current system and the new system and it can also open some experiences about connectedness, social interaction and the inclusivity among the people of East Melbourne.
Problem Space
The wastage of the food at the global level is accelerating the speed of the society and the institutional growth to create a new method for the design thinking as the most important task. The wastage of the food is increasing very rapidly and there is diversity of the users thinking hence it is very imperative to find out a design thinking which can meet the need of the people who are living in the area to uphold the values of the diversity and inclusion. The major aim is to achieve the operational efficiency of the people living in the Melbourne.
The second aim is to create a sense of the inclusivity among the community of the Melbourne and the 3rd aim is to create some positive design thinking experience and emotional wellbeing for all the users.
Is the problem human centered?
This initiative is to reduce the wastage of food in which we can try to find out some real humanity or human problem. Hence the problem which we are trying to solve is a human centred problem and can potentially be solved if we follow the design thinking process properly.
Is the problem too easy to solve/ is the solution obvious?
The solution for reducing food waste it is not obvious.
There can be different methods for approaching this problem and different angers which we should always try to take in account before finalising any solution so that it won't be a waste for stop the design thinking process can be very beneficial for this initiative.
What is the level of uncertainty and/ or complexity for this project?
This is the 3rd question in which we can decide about the uncertainty or the complexity level of the project.
As we have already discussed that the solution for this problem is not obvious and there can be different angles which we need to understand.
This makes the complexity and uncertainty of the project very high.
Data requirement
The next question is to understand whether we need to collect , frame or structure the data and we should recommend the need of the data for this project or not.
To understand the whole situation I think it is very important to collect, frame and structure the data . This data can be helpful for discovering the need of nutritional values. the data will be able to help us with the mutation leads, wastage which is taking place and how the population can get awareness about this situation.
