Pros and Cons:

· Date format is incorrect.
· Blanks were indentified.
· Many factors are indentified for each categorical variable, which makes data respresentation awkward.
· Unwanted text and symbol were integrated in HCAHPS Question variable.
These cons may led to mis-error the data inference and manipulation.
Summary:
Patient survey hcahps-state data was imported in the name as “Survey”. The data consists of 1792 observations and 8 variables.
From Part-1, all the variables are in factors, including “HCAHPS.Answer.Percent” variable. So we converted factor to numeric for “HCAHPS.Answer.Percent”. Then we performed summary statistics, Histogram and Boxplot. Based on the summary statistics we found that the average of HCAHPS.Answer.Percent was 37.38. 783 observations lies...
