This task requires students toinvestigate the skills, capabilities and attributes that employers currently seek and valuein graduate employees. You need to identify and discuss these in order tomake recommendationsfor strategies students could use to make themselves more employable. As it takes time to develop these attributes, your report is written for first year students (doing the same degree and major that you are currently enrolled in), so they can develop them while completing their three-year degree. Think about this report and especially its recommendations as an action plan you would write for yourself.
