I conveyed the patient's wish to the nurse in charge of their care, speaking up for their comfort and wellbeing. Another nursing ethical concept that emphasizes the need to safeguard clients' private and sensitive information is confidentiality. Nurses are entrusted with exclusive access to patients' private medical records, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical histories.
