This is the final report contains 65% of the total industry project.i here by will need to have a whole report as per marking rubric and report structure according to the file that i have attached in the files AS pdf. the pdf namely HAPPY IS THE Marking rubric and required report structure. and the file namely ORD assignment also attached to files is my 1st assignment which is a proposal assignment to the report. u can take an idea from the proposal regarding ,my topic question which is CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION. u are required to give a proper solution to that topic question.u are required to make a 10-12 questionnaire survey of 30 customer majority answers in customer dissatisfaction. also have a 2-3 questions questionnaire to the manager as a qualitative info which is also resulting in answering in customer dissatisfaction according to him as well. further idea u can take from proposal that which problems do the customer is facing like poor house keeping lack of staff at front office etc.front office lack of staff(reception): becAUSE OF THERE ARE JUST 2 PERSONS AT A time to deal with all the details such as attend the calls, attend and responding to the guessts relating to checkin process, and going down to park the vehicles of the customers. now, when one of those two receptionist goes to park the vehicles of the guests, there is only one receptionist remains at the front office who has to deal with all the rest processes like attending the calls, guests and so on. so the person at the front office gets struck with this multiple dealings and because of that the time of the customers getting wasted and that situation causes dissatisfaction to the customer. on the other hand, the second receptionist who went to park the vehicles of the guests cant come back early because there are multiple customers who are waiting to get their car parked. so he cant help anyway to the receptionist at the front. so that means the work load on the receptionist situated at front office is more than expected. that also results into customer dissatisfaction. sometimes customer themselves asks that "dont you have enough staff to cover all the works at a same time??" that clearly shows that customer is dissatisfied by the services.so according to this all the problems you are required to provide a proper solution with suitable and proper APA referencing.also add training of house keeping to the current staff who does hhouse keping and hire new staff for all the purpose. and add some other significant details as u think may fit and suitable to the report.
