Introduction
It is essential to be socially mindful. Finding out about different societies, dialects, religions, and occasions besides their own will enable the community to discover that their neighbourhood might be altogether different from them (Sandberg et al., 2016).
What
This is to get an inner insight into their traditions, their beliefs. However, there will be volunteers all around the event in order to ensure the smooth flow of the event (Getz et al., 2016
Where
    The event will take place in “Fairground Follies”. It is situated within the “night fairground” themed factory which is situated in “St Peters/Alexandria” midway within the “Central Business District & Sydney Airport”.
When
The event planned is going to take place on the very 1st of December, 2019.
Who
    The primary host of the event will be the business officials, and those who are proposed by the business officials. The Shareholders, Stakeholders, Financial advisor, Property advisor, and the Legal team of the company (Grace et al., 2016).
Why
The significance of social event is planning people for fortifying their own aptitudes.
Lightning, Sound, Video, AV, SFX
    Since, the event will take place within the indoor, adequate amount of lightning should be present. Besides, there should be a power generator to tackle with power failure situation. For the sound effects within the back-stage there will be three speakers that will be in “Reverse stereo” mode. The animations and special effects will be taken care by the managing team, recording is to be carried on 1080p resolution. SFX will be monitored by the audio enhancing team, they will direct it to the hosting team. Since, there will be huge number of audience it will be not possible to capture every corner for which “Drone Camera” will be used.
Performers, Talent, and Entertainment
Performers of the event:
· Mr. Tom & Miss. Jess, the stage will be taken care by them.
· Mr. Richard will address the welcome session.
· Miss. Elizabeth will carry on the presentation.
· David, San diago, and Maria will take care of the dance show.
· Cake cutting ceremony will be taken care by Riva.

Event staffs roles and responsibilities
    They are as follows:
· Emptying hardware from trucks and setting up scenes for occasions, including seats and building stages.
· Filling in as attendants and guaranteeing that seating courses of action hold fast to fire code guidelines (Christou, Sharpley & Farmaki, 2018).
· Working money registers.
· Working under the directions of an Event Manager.
· Guaranteeing the occasion lobby is perfect and sorted out.
· Sticking to occasion wellbeing gauges.
· Guaranteeing astounding degrees of client administration.
