Flat Horse Bar & grill is one of the best Multi cuisine restaurants and bars in its region.
The company is into wide range of cuisines and has a specialty in Barbeques along with a wide
variety of Beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
The objective of the firm is to create a promotional Marketing plan so to achieve success
in the new regions where it is expanding its business. With over more than 5 chains in the region,
it is planning to expand it in different regions where competition will be tough. But just a
strategic plan does not guarantee the success of business. In the new region competition is very
high; hence to achieve goals of the firm is to have a successful execution which could lead to
prosperity, growth and survival.
According to Pearce and Robinson, 2011, “Implementation is “where the action is.” It is the
