In most of the organization in recent times it can be stated that the manner of execution of the different task is very much crucial. In this context it can be stated that there can be situation where the organization does not face any form of profit, In this situation it should be taken into consideration that mitigation plan should be implemented which would be directly altering the situation. In the case which is linked to the success factor organization there was implementation of unethical means which directly impacted the sector of whistleblower. It can be stated here that there was alteration of pre defined bills which was converted into new bills. This directly impacted the sector of the financial gain area but on the other hand it was not actually the area which impacted (Baloria, Marquard and Wiedman 2017). The billing area was completely false so that it would be taking into consideration and it would be showing that there is profit in the domain of working of the organization.
