This source provides studies of research conducted in 2014 to include the involvement of parents in life of college going students. The study was conducted to evaluate the influence of overprotective parents on their offspring. This source has been chosen because the theme of the proposing change essay was to identify the struggle of parenting the first child and to find out the extent to which, parents’ role are active in the life of their children. Therefore, this source sets the base of my essay. It highlights both negative impact of parents over involvement in college going students.
